CENTRAL PARK IN A SUNNY WINTER DAY

i haven't seen central park since the solstice of winter til yesterday. waking up so early after from a quite alluring vivid dream of an old china- town hand pulled noodle house with classic hues of the 60's. with bike lanes and awesome bikes that can only be real in sleep. much said, i did a two hour or so walk around the park.

the trees were lined in just emptiness but a bliss of blue open sky with thin clouds brought some sense of peace. crossing the Gapstow Bridge crossing the bird sanctuary with a pond where seasonal ducks were there in frenzy among each other, wading and waddling like ducks as they needed to be.

this photo was of a cute japanese girl feeding them with some japanese bread i suppose. could never want anything more but to be a duck that can stand cold in freezing water and act like its just mad chill. dont even ask if jumped in coz had i not have a meeting after that walk, i would sooo have jumped in - - waded and waddled like one!!!
